1. App purpose
LumaRoom provides room scanning, Room Memory, daily reset tasks, Pulse Checks, before/after records, weekly experiments, monthly reports, subscriptions, and AI room analysis. Suggestions are practical organization and room reset guidance, not professional advice.
2. No medical, safety, financial, or fortune claims
LumaRoom does not provide medical, therapeutic, disease, mental-health, construction, electrical, legal, financial, wealth, luck, fortune, or emergency safety advice. Do not rely on the app as a substitute for qualified professionals.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use scanning features safely and pay attention to your surroundings.
- Do not upload or submit unlawful, harmful, private, or third-party content without permission.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Follow Apple App Store rules and applicable law.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings. See Subscription for details.
5. AI processing behavior
Scan-based reset planning uses AI processing by default. Eligible structured room data and user-approved reference images may be sent to LumaRoom's backend and a third-party AI provider for analysis. Raw camera frames, raw scans, RoomPlan captures, meshes, depth maps, pixel buffers, local file identifiers, and complete local room history are not uploaded. See Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
Some features depend on device capability, camera permission, Apple StoreKit, backend availability, network connectivity, subscription status, and App Store availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where needed.
7. Intellectual property
LumaRoom, its interface, text, graphics, software, and related materials are owned by ProphecyGenesis or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as allowed by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LumaRoom is provided as is and without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

3. 你的责任
- 安全使用扫描功能，并注意周围环境。
- 不要在未获许可时上传或提交违法、有害、隐私性或第三方内容。
- 妥善保护账号凭据。
- 遵守 Apple App Store 规则和适用法律。
4. 订阅和购买
订阅和应用内购买由 Apple 处理。付款会记入你的 Apple 账号。除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅会自动续期。你的账号可能会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内被收取续订费用。你可以在 Apple 账号设置中管理或取消订阅。详情见 订阅说明。
5. AI 处理行为
扫描后的重置计划默认使用 AI 处理。符合条件的结构化房间数据以及你批准的参考图，可能会发送给 LumaRoom 后端和第三方 AI 提供商用于分析。原始相机帧、原始扫描、RoomPlan 捕获内容、mesh、深度图、像素缓冲区、本地文件标识符和完整本地房间历史不会上传。详见 隐私政策。
6. 可用性
部分功能取决于设备能力、相机权限、Apple StoreKit、后端可用性、网络连接、订阅状态和 App Store 可用性。我们可能在必要时修改、暂停或停止部分功能。
7. 知识产权
LumaRoom 及其界面、文本、图形、软件和相关材料归 ProphecyGenesis 或其许可方所有。除法律允许外，你不得复制、逆向工程或滥用本服务。
8. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，LumaRoom 按现状提供且不作担保。我们不对因使用应用产生的间接、附带、后果性、特殊或惩罚性损害承担责任。
9. 条款变更
我们可能更新本条款。更新后继续使用即表示你接受修订后的条款。
