Delete account data删除账号数据

You can delete backend account data inside the app from Settings > Privacy & Data > Account and cloud data > Delete account. Email remains available if you cannot access the app.你可以在应用内通过“设置 > 隐私与数据 > 账户和云端数据 > 删除账户”删除后端账号数据。如果你无法访问应用，也可以通过邮件请求。

Delete local data

Use the in-app privacy or settings controls to delete local room profiles, reset history, Pulse Check history, before/after records, local media references, experiments, reports, exports, and notification preferences where available.

Request backend account deletion

In the app, open Settings, then Privacy & Data, then Account and cloud data, and choose Delete account. After you confirm with Delete account now, the app requests server deletion, signs this device out, and clears local room data on this device.

If you cannot access the app, use email:

  1. Email support@lumaroomdaily.com with the subject “LumaRoom account deletion request”.
  2. Include the email address or username linked to your LumaRoom account, if you have one.
  3. We may ask for verification before processing the request.

Backend deletion may include account identifiers, login sessions, linked identity records, entitlement records, privacy consent records, usage counters, AI analysis audit records, support events, product events, and deletion request records, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and accounting retention requirements.

Subscriptions

Deleting your LumaRoom account does not cancel an active Apple subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings.

  • 本地数据可用应用内控制删除本地房间档案、历史、媒体引用、报告和导出。
  • 后端账号可在应用内请求服务端删除；无法访问应用时也可发邮件请求。
  • Apple 订阅删除 LumaRoom 账号不会取消活跃 Apple 订阅。

删除本地数据

你可以通过应用内隐私或设置入口删除本地房间档案、重置历史、Pulse Check 历史、前后对比记录、本地媒体引用、周实验、月度报告、导出文件和通知偏好等可用数据。

请求删除后端账号

在应用内打开“设置”，进入“隐私与数据”，再进入“账户和云端数据”，选择“删除账户”。确认“立即删除账户”后，应用会请求服务端删除，让这台设备退出登录，并清除这台设备上的本地房间数据。

如果你无法访问应用，可以使用邮件：

  1. 发送邮件到 support@lumaroomdaily.com，标题写 “LumaRoom account deletion request”。
  2. 如果你有 LumaRoom 账号，请附上绑定邮箱或用户名。
  3. 处理请求前，我们可能要求你完成身份验证。

后端删除范围可能包括账号标识、登录会话、绑定身份记录、权益记录、隐私授权记录、用量计数、AI 分析审计记录、支持事件、产品事件和删除请求记录，但会受法律、安全、防欺诈和会计留存要求限制。

订阅

删除 LumaRoom 账号不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。请在 Apple 账号设置中管理或取消订阅。
